Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol (1987) is a comedy film directed by Jim Drake. It is the fourth installment in the Police Academy franchise. The film follows a group of misfit police officers who team up with civilian volunteers to form a new program called Citizens on Patrol (C.O.P).
